Jarir Book Store

Last Friday I went to Jarir Book Store. I wanted to buy SONY CyberShot DSC-S730. But not available on that time. And then I asked to salesman, what kind of camera is good for hobby only. Then he showed me Samsung, but i didn't choose it cause without International Warranty. I checked CANON PowerShot A470 but the less of features (cause cheap series). So I didn't choose it. And then salesman recommended me Lumix DMC-LS70. International Warranty included. I bought it.

When I have in my flat, I checked the camera. Many features and the result is not bad. But when i checked the International Warranty, i get the problem. Indonesia is not in list. So I have plan to return tomorrow.

Saturday I asked my friend to return the camera. I could not take it cause no warranty for Indonesia country. After my friend come back, he said the book store rejected it cause digital camera is machine that no return/exchange for it. But when I dialed the online contact there are many extention number. Machine and Digital Camera is different part. My friend has make lobby for this problem. After that, one saudi people came to my friend and ask about it. Then he said the digital camera could not return, only exchange.

I asked my boss to went to Jarir Book Store. He said I could go If I have finish my work. When I finished my work, I went to Jarir Book Store with my friend. The book store was croudly with the people. Jaris Book Store is very famous and big book store, and many branches. I went to Digital Camera corner. I saw the digital camera tha I want it before, CyberShot DSC-S730. Available in that time. One of salesman said that I could not exchange the camera with different trade mark. It was bad news.

I told the salesman that I have ask before bought the camera about International Warranty. On Friday, the salesman didn't explain which country in the list of warranty. Cause I will take the camera to Indonesia. I have speak alot with the salesman. Finally he allowed me to exchange the camera to CyberShot DSC-S730. Alhamdulillah.

Saudi Arabia country is very nice in the customer service. We can return or exchange the goods without lost cost. Thank's alot Jarir Book Store. It's nice service! And thank's also to my friend who has take me to Jarir Book Store.
